Happy Fall Sunshines! Although it is fall doesn't feel like it in Houston. I am so thankful I can still wear a kind of lightweight clothes these days. I decided to create this date night lookbook to show how I would style these three looks on the date night or an outing. The face mask is not featured in the pics, but I did have to wear it while waiting for food or beverages. I believe all these locations are safe to go on an actual outing with your face mask, of course.
Date Night Lookbook
The first look is this white dress and sandal heels.
I like the puff sleeves, which is so on-trend right now. The dress is movable and stretchy. I went to the museum district in Houston. We walked around and explored the area. Then I went to a nearby park.
On the second look, I went with this black dress and slide heels.
The heels were so comfortable. You can never go wrong with a little black dress for a date. I love the embroidery and ruffles on the dress. My favorite part of the dress is the fact that it is slanted or angled cut. This little black dress look is for a tea date or coffee date. I am more of a tea person that is decaf. I got a chamomile tea with agave, which was so good.
Finally, the third look is the most casual.
I enjoy polka dots on the top. The puff shoulders make the top stand out enjoyable. I especially love the bag; it adds a pop of color to the outfit. The shape of the bag is different from my other bags. The pink handbag has a croc texture; you can see that in the third last picture. The last date night idea would be a taco date at Velvet Taco in the Montrose Houston area. I think it would be the most fun date because who doesn't like tacos. By the way I got the picnic chicken taco and the Nashville hot tofu. I recommend trying those tacos!
